Modern Transactions – Service Policies
At Modern Transactions, our goal is to provide agents with organized, compliant, and efficient transaction management support. To maintain the level of service and attention our clients expect, the following policies apply to all submissions and communication:
Business Hours & Submission Deadlines
Our standard business hours are Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM EST.

Any form or file submitted after 5:00 PM EST will be reviewed and processed the next business day. The only exception is if the work was communicated to the designated team member ahead of time and the team member approved of the availability within business hours.

Forms submitted on weekends will be followed up on Monday or the next business day if Monday is a holiday.

At this time, we are unable to process after-hours or weekend requests due to volume. We appreciate your understanding as our services continue to grow. We currently do provide exceptions to this policy if communicated ahead of time and approved within business hours.
Submission Lead Time
Please allow at least 24 hours to process new listings and pre-contract requests.

Offers and Counter offers, due to their time-sensitive nature, should be submitted as early in the business day as possible.
Form & Compliance Expectations
All submissions (Pre-Listing, Pre-Contract, Offer, Counter Offer, etc.) must be completed in full to ensure compliance and timely processing.

Agents are responsible for verifying accuracy of client details and uploaded documents before submission.

Modern Transactions cannot assume liability for delays or errors resulting from incomplete or inaccurate information.
Communication Standards
Communication regarding active files should occur through your assigned TC during business hours.

Agents will receive timely updates on milestones and document requests throughout the transaction.
Payment Policy
Contract-to-close services are invoiced upon closing and collected directly through our billing system or at the closing table.

Pre-listing, pre-contract, offers, and hourly services are invoiced upon task completion.
*
If a transaction terminates within seven (7) days of closing, a 50% service fee will be due to Modern Transactions within five (5) business days.
Confidentiality & Professional Standards
All client information, transaction details, and documents shared through Modern Transactions are kept strictly confidential. We uphold professional standards of integrity, compliance, and communication on every file.
