Job Description

    • Skilled at maintaining clear and professional communication with clients, agents, escrow officers, and other stakeholders.

    • Ability to deliver transaction updates proactively and handle inquiries effectively.

    • Knowledge of repair negotiation strategies

    • Ability to mediate and handle unforeseen issues without disrupting the transaction timeline.

At Modern, our Inside Sales Associates (ISAs) are the driving force behind our partners’ growth. ISAs play a critical role in managing pipelines, qualifying leads, and setting appointments—ensuring agents can focus on closings while we maximize every opportunity.

Job Description

  • At Modern Transactions, our Inside Sales Associates (ISAs) are dedicated professionals who specialize in converting inquiries into opportunities. ISAs are the first point of contact for potential buyers and sellers—responding quickly to new leads, asking the right qualifying questions, and scheduling appointments that lead to closings.

    By managing calls, nurturing prospects, and tracking key performance metrics, ISAs free up agents to focus on showings, negotiations, and client relationships. Whether it’s handling inbound inquiries, making outbound follow-ups, or ensuring appointments are kept, our ISAs ensure no lead slips through the cracks.

    With Modern, brokers and team leaders never have to worry about hiring, training, or managing ISAs. Our team integrates seamlessly into your business, providing reliable coverage, professional communication, and results-driven pipeline management—all tied to performance at closing.

    • Works seamlessly with agents, Transaction Coordinators, and leadership without requiring heavy oversight

    • Understanding of buyer/seller motivations, agency agreements, and market-specific needs (timeline, location, property type, lifestyle factors)

    • Capable of adapting scripts and addressing lead concerns to move conversations forward

    • Experience working toward metrics such as Contact Rate, Appointment Set Rate, Appointment Kept Rate, and Conversion to Close

    • Comfortable making 30–100 calls/touch points daily (depending on service tier)

    • Skilled at uncovering timeline, budget, financing status, motivation, and decision makers

    • Proven ability to schedule, confirm, and ensure appointments are kept

    • Organized in tracking follow-ups, reschedules, and ongoing lead communication

    • Strong written and verbal

    • Tech Savy 

    • Real Estate experience required

  • Your pay will be a mixture of both base salary (based on experience) and bonuses.

  • You will collaborate with our TCs to ensure a smooth hand-off process for our agent’s clients.

  • You will help us maintain our Centralized Operating System to ensure accuracy and accountability.
